GO BACK TO AFRICA!!!! seriously?????????

Ok, so I usually wait a week for another update, but this thought has me eager to script away!!  "GO BACK TO AFRICA" they like to say.  I have only experienced that phrase once, but I seem to hear it way too often, least from the mouth of caucasions & moreso from the lips of the African/Afro/Black-American, whichever it is they choose to call themself.  I find it hilarious though, yes I do!  They say go back to a place that technically is rightfully theirs also, telling us to leave a land they DO NOT OWN and probably never will.  Interestingly I am yet to hear a black or African say to a white person..."go back to Russia, Germany, Portugal, Ireland..." or wherever it is your ancestors arrived from.... THEY TOO HAVE HERITAGE and came from No apologies to whomever I may offend but listen... this soil we walk on was stolen, violently taken and abruptly changed...but we are all here now, a land of many nations, it is called that for a reason, we all make up the ongoing history.  Do not sit here and cry that immigrants are taking jobs...those jobs sit under your noses for yrs, but government support seems sweeter (right or wrong?) and so you take that instead...then when other cultures come in and work hard to provide for a family and better their lives compared to what they may have experienced in their native land, you degrade them with your tongue and arogant measures, never be upset that someone is willing to work HARDER...it should be motivation...& black people stop saying the white man this, the white man that...if it is so detremental to you...take what the white man has to offer, build an empire and better your people (make any sense??) then maybe some will realize we indeed are not 1/8th human beings. smh, such nonsense.  And to the next person who tells one of my fellow Africans to GO BACK HOME...sit and think were your original home is!   Let's be smart!
TO ALL MY AFRICANS...from Guinea to Nigeria...from Zambia to Eritrea...from Egypt to Congo, and even from Trinidad to Haiti... I love you all! *na dey sabi*

quote n' controversey of the WK

 *Quote*
EVERY TIME I CLOSE THE DOOR ON REALITY IT COMES THROUGH THE WINDOWS

B. Quilliam once said "THERE IS A FINE LINE BETWEEN DREAMS AND REALITY"  i absolutely agree.  I also say that reality is like a bite that never lets go...it holds on to you no matter how long you choose to remain in your fantasy land, once the fantasy is over (because fantasies do not last forever) you are right back to the world God put us in to live.  A world filled with hate, danger, lust, betrayal, past, present, future and the search for an identity.  At times I myself would rather choose abstract than meddle in the mist of reality, but over the years I have indeed come to learn that such way of thinking dies out, just like a fantasy, it will not last forever!  I will admit there was a time in my life where I believed I did not have to be realistic within myself and still live a realistic life...no sir, it wasn't until later that i could admit that it was illusion, false promises and unneeded expectations that bring us the [worldly] pleasures of life, but I have learned and I thank my Jah for that!  Some folks still cannot seem to grasp the such a strong word.  Some might say reality too is nothing but pure imagination or that a belief in God is nothing realistic at all....hmmm, i say reality is like a painted picture on a palette that never changes.  Rules stay the same...plants will always grow the same, and human beings will always have evil tendencies...sad but true.  I mean, am i right or wrong?  Tell me, what does reality mean to you.  And with modern day ways & technology are we even living a realistic life???

I AM NOT WHO YOU THINK YOU I AM....*SISTAH SOULJAH*

I'm not a preacher, politician, pimp or celebrity.  Most of them couldn't go to hell quick enough for me.  A man who doesn't say what he means or do what he says, craves attention and misuses it when he he gets it, doesn't share what he knows and earns, deserves death.

I am not who you think I am.  My people are not who you think they are.  Our culture and traditions are unknown to you. Sometimes it takes someone from the outside to show you how you look and do.  If you are American born and raised, you're bound to get it twisted.  You can't see yourselves or don't know yourselves.  You are too accustomed to looking at life from one f*^%$#d up angle.
Everything you have ever seen or heard about Africa is wrong.  My African grandfather taught me that storyteller is the most powerful person in the world after God.  My grandfather said be careful who you listen to and what they are saying.  The storyteller is clever and masterful and has already decided exactly what he wants you to think and believe. The storyteller has the power to make you feel good or bad, strong or weak, ugly or beautiful, confident of defeated.
Unfortunately, all of the stories being told to Blacks in America, Europe, Africa and the Caribbean have made blacks worldwide feel low, weak, crazy, backward and powerless.  So low that the storyteller has set the conditions for Blacks to be robbed of all of their stuff and too stupid to recognize it
So put your brews and blunts on pause.  Rock with me for a few.

MUSIC = EVIL ??????

So I wonder if I am one of the very few who are decided to talk about how evil music can be upon the soul of us mere human beings.  Before passing judgemnt, I too am guilty of opening this door for the devil to spread words of craziness into my ear while I bop my head to the sounds and rhythmn.  Beats are entertaining, beats are fun to dance too, beats are LIVE!!!....but the words that follow these beats are what I am concerned about.  I remember sitting through a sermon a few yrs back and the preacher said to us, "the music we listen to can drag us straight to hell!!!!!!!!!!"  Ouch! Fortunately he made me realize the truth behind such statement!   Tupac once said "LIVE BY THE GUN ; DIE BY THE GUN!" he also once quoted in a song, "SEND ME TO HELL, CUZ I AINT BEGGING FO' MY LIFE, AINT NOTHING WORSE THAN THIS CURSED ASS HOPELESS LIFE."
3-6 Mafia stated in their song "3-6 In The Morning" ... "I TOLD THEM BACK UP OR SHE GOT BRAINS ON HER PANTS...DONT MAKE ME SHOOT, LITTLE DID I KNOW THERE WAS A SNIPER ON THE ROOF."
The group Hypocrisy once said: "DESTROY THE PRIEST PLEASE DIE,  GODS AWAY YOU WILL DIE, SATAN GOD OF EMOTIONS COME & LEAD US ASTRAY!"
  Jay-Z; I GOT DREAMS OF HAVING A 9-MILLA, TO BOBS KILLA....LUCIFER DAWN OF DE MORNING"   ------------------ "
Rihanna; from her song Russian Roulette "TAKE THE GUN & COUNT TO 3, YOU SWEATING NOW, MOVING SLOW, NO TIME TO THINK MY TURN TO GO...IM TERRIFIED BUT IM NOT LEAVING, I KNOW I MUST PASS THIS TEST SO I MUST PULL THE TRIGGER!"

ahhhhhh, these are the lyrics we listen to....we listen to lyrics that downgrade each other, talk about killing each other having sex with multiple partners, cheating and even killing ourselves!! Those things are going into our memory banks.  We are repeating, singing along...saying them at random bored times and even at times imitating the attitude of these artists (subconsciously) who know they have not & never will endure the things they say!  Dont front, our dress code, hairstyles and even so-called swagg you jacked from someone, because all that we do now has been done before...if you did not create it, you saw it put your own twist! (sometimes lol)
Rap music has become the most salient music genre in the African-American culture and growing more in others.  Researcher Ralph J. DiClemete (PhD), his study found that children between the ages of 2-18 spend up to or more than 7 hrs a day ingesting some sort of urban media, most of it repetition (e.i; music videos, award shows black movies...) Over the course of a 1yr study they found that children aged 14-18 who listened to rap were .....1) 3x's more likely to hit a teacher.....2) over 2.5x's more likely to get arrested....4) 2x's as likely to have multiple sex partners....5) 1.5x's more likely to contract an STD, use drugs /alcohol!
That's terrible and true and we all know it.  NO of course this does not go for everybody because we are still our own individuals, but this is just a short excerpt to prove to my fellow readers that music does = evil/devilish ramifications!
We're humans and we act out, walk, wear, and talk like our environment, so for all my men using the N word as rampant as you do, yes music is the biggest influence...and for all my ladies who think it is ok to call your girlfriends 'bitches', yes music has an influence, and to all my kids who think it is cool to wear 40 necklaces all at the same time and steal fresh white air force 1's and getting caught because you want to look like T-Pain instead of working on math problems, you have something else coming.  And for those few people overseas who shot themselves & jumped to their deaths while listening to Rihanna's new 'Russian Roulette' I hope you had a purpose!
I know so many of you disagree with me right now....if so WHY??????

Malcom X, GAY??? -- TRUE LOVE / ACID LOVE -- SEXY OUTFIT & SWINE EMERGENCY!

Can you believe it....A (Gay) British Journalist swears up & down that he has evidence to prove that Malcom X was indeed Bi-Sexual......WHAT???????  I dont know about all of that, anyway, listen to this true love story.  NBA Baller Jason Maxiall weds his bride Brandi Duncan whom he met in high school.  2yrs ago she was diagnosed with ovarian cancer, not only did Jason remain by her side he also shaved his head to express his love & support, once her cancer was in remission they took their vows!  How sweeeeet

Now why cant all men be as caring. obviously because adam & eve defied God in the garden of Eden so we have all been doomed to some level of misfortune, but this story here is just sad....A model by the name of Kelly Piper (26) finally decided one day to break up with her abusive boyfriend....that's when he did one of the most evilist things a man can do to a woman, he hired someone to pour acid upon her face, disfiguring her for life.  Here is her before (left)  & after (upper right)...

...and this chick, I do believe in being creative and unique, I am all for it...but this outfit made out of work ties....I dont know...what do you think?
and yes our president Barak Obama has declared Swine Flu a NATIONAL EMERGENCY (everyone keep your nosed covered, I guess it wont be impolite not to say bless you when someone sneezes?!)

QUOTE/CONTROVERSEY OF THE WK

YOU ARE BEAUTIFUL BECAUSE OF YOUR POSESSIONS...
-Banguirimu quote

I figure this quote can be quite controversial within itself. In society of today we must admit, beauty is seen first or catergorized by the outside appearance. The shoes, the hair, the complexion, the way the outfit is put together etc...dont lie, you all have done it! And then from then on, just maybe will the insider persona seep out to the person of interest? To some, yes, to others...nope! That is because folks these days are just way too vain for mankind...again, you must agree, we are all guilty of it, do not lie to yourself. For example, if a male approaches a female and he is not her "physical type" right away, she will most likely find a way [hopefully politely] to turn him down, vice versa for the males...but that is ok, it is part of our human nature to need to be attracted to the opposite sex. However, the problem arises when we mistake being attracted to the outward appearance, which like the quote refers to as their possessions as "beautiful." No no no...maybe sexy, cute, handsome, spicey whatever it is you say, but beautiful, I just feel should be reserved for the inner being!
Our possessions are our hair, our eyebrows, the lipstick we buy from mac, the six-pack stomach guys have after drinking that powdery stuff to help them lift weights. Our possessions become the clothes we spend book money on, the shoes that cover our bare feet and even the slang we borrow from our fellow surroundings. When appealing to the opposite sex, then that becomes beauty, but that is alllllll wrong my dear readers. Yes beauty lies in the eye of the beholder but it also lies within.

--WHY DO WE FIND THAT TODAY ONLY THOSE WHO OWN THOSE POSSESSIONS ARE CONSIDERED EVERYTHING IN THE BOOK {pretty, beautiful, hot etc} & THOSE WHO DO NOT [yet marvelous within] FALL SHORT. AM I RIGHT WHEN I SAY, A PERSON CANNOT LOOK BEAUTIFUL FROM FIRST GLANCE WITHOUT SUCH POSSESSIONS?!

WE BLEED GREEN WHITE GREEN -49th independence!

OK so today is officially my country, the giant of Africa, yes Nigeria's 49th Independence.  We have been independent all those years, and as much as I love my culture, just like any other there is always room for improvement.  However we are some of the smartest, wisest and well...well, rounded folks out there.  We can be very loud, some of us have be catergorized as greedy, others extremely submissive blah blah blah...but here are some facts about the most black populated nation in the world with some of the best resources on this
Nigeria; officially the Federal Republic of Nigeria, is a federal constitutional republic comprising thirty-six states and one Federal Capital Territory. The country is located in West Africa and shares land borders with the Republic of Benin in the west, Chad and Cameroon in the east, and Niger in the north. Its coast lies on the Gulf of Guinea, a part of the Atlantic Ocean, in the south. The capital city is Abuja. The three largest and most influential ethnic groups in Nigeria are the Hausa, Igbo and Yoruba (meeee lol).  The economy of Nigeria is one of the fastest growing in the world, with the International Monetary Fund projecting a growth of 9% in 2008 and 8.3% in 2009.
Portuguese explorers were the first Europeans to begin trade in Nigeria, and called the port Lagos after the Portuguese town of Lagos, in Algarve. This name stuck on with more European trade with the region. The Europeans traded with the ethnicities of the coast and also established a trade in slaves which affected many Nigerian ethnicities.  In 1914, the area was formally united as the Colony and Protectorate of Nigeria. Administratively, Nigeria remained divided into the northern and southern provinces and Lagos colony. Western education and the development of a modern economy proceeded more rapidly in the south than in the north, with consequences felt in Nigeria's political life ever since. Slavery was not finally outlawed in northern Nigeria until 1936.[14] Following World War II, in response to the growth of Nigerian nationalism and demands for independence, successive constitutions legislated by the British Government moved Nigeria toward self-government on a representative and increasingly federal basis. By the middle of the 20th century, the great wave for independence was sweeping across Africa.

On October 1, 1960, Nigeria gained its independence from the United Kingdom. The new republic incorporated a number of people with aspirations of their own sovereign nations. Newly independent Nigeria's government was a coalition of conservative parties: the Nigerian People's Congress (NPC), a party dominated by Northerners and those of the Islamic faith, and the Igbo and Christian dominated National Council of Nigeria and the Cameroons (NCNC) led by Nnamdi Azikiwe (attended Lincoln University of PA), who became Nigeria's maiden Governor-General in 1960!

Nigeria has more than 250 ethnic groups, with varying languages and customs, creating a country of rich ethnic diversity. The largest ethnic groups are the Fulani/Hausa, Yoruba, Igbo, accounting for 68% of population, while the Edo, Ijaw, Kanuri, Ibibio, Ebira Nupe and Tiv comprise 27%; other minorities make up the remaining 7 percent.[61] The middle belt of Nigeria is known for its diversity of ethnic groups, including the Pyem, Goemai, and Kofyar.

There are small minorities of British, Americans, East Indians, Chinese (est. 50,000), white Zimbabweans,Japanese, Greeks, Syrian, Lebanese and refugees and immigrants from other West African or East African nations. These minorities mostly reside in major cities such as Lagos and Abuja, or in the Niger Delta as employees for the major oil companies. A number of Cubans settled Nigeria as political refugees following the Cuban Revolution.

In 2003, Nigerians were reported to be the happiest people in a scientific survey carried out in 65 nations!

ARE YOU BLACK...ARE YOU AFRICAN-AMERICAN?
Hello there fellow readers, hope all is going well for each and every one of you. After holding my poetry workshop today for some high school kids in a predominantly [80%] hispanic high school (which I graduated from) I walked home analyzing the fact that in almost 5 years many things are yet to change. Students were yelling out "I'm not Dominican I'm Puerto-Rican; who wants to be Dominican?" wow, and to say that I am always mistaken for una Dominicana. Hearing that took me back to when I was a 9th grader and I got into an argument with a Portuguese girl who fought me by saying, "I'm not white, I'm portugese"... I tried so tell her that indeed her ethnicity, her culture was that of Portugal however her race was WHITE! She was not trying to hear it & I was baffled as to why,? so I gave her the example; "it's like me saying I am not Latina, I am Puerto-Rican, or I am not African/black I am Nigerian." Just does not make much sense to me. Anyway, moving on. It brought me to this weeks topic; how do black/people of color/african-americans like to be identified here in the United states
As generations passed, blacks in this country went from 1/8th human --> savages that need to be saved --> niggers --> negros --> afro-americans --> black --> African-American/black. But see, the problem is (if you as the reader considers yourself one of these or even if of another race) which is more logical or which would you rather adopt?
I have met many who want nothing to do with the term 'African-American' because they say well I wasn't born in Africa,' some have said 'I am black, that is what people see, no matter where I was born,' some older folks still prefer to be called 'negro'. But then what happens to those who were born in Africa then migrated to the US, or born in America & migrate to Africa or Europe. Or does someone born in England whose parents and grandparents are from Trinidad say I am "British-Trinidadian"... I mean, to much confusion here! Someone once said to me, as long as you fit into the black race, then one should be called black no matter the country/ethnicity; however what if someone opposes it with "my skin is not *black* (literally) Now here is the final controversy, the same female who said we should ALL just be called black excluded Africans, she says they are different!
So in short:
Which would you like to identify with & why not the others! What is the confusion...LEAVE UR VOICE!

SHE SLEEPS W/HER SON.....&......{BATTY-MAN??} KILLED

A woman by the name of Aimee Louise Sword (ABOVE) has been accused of rapping her own biological son. It's a story that began with a reunion -- a mom hitting the internet to find the son she put up for adoption. Then it's alleged reunion turned into abomination.
Police say the 35-year-old woman started having sex with her now-teenage son. And it's not clear if the young man even knew who she really was. Sword's attorney Kenneth Burch told the Press that his client "maintains her presumption of innocence" and said the accusations of incest have been very difficult for her.
But Sword herself has spoken since she first was arrested, writing on her MySpace page that she was inspired by rapper and former jailbird Lil' Kim because "she rises during the worst of obstacles."......................well I'll give you my voice on this, she is nuts. Now if they try to put this lady out on the insanity plea, I will be highly upset, she knew exactly what she was doing. First she gave him up for adoption, then she purposely sought him out, found him then slept with him...sick but true

Do you think she knew what she was doing, or would you say some disorder has taken over...WHAT IS YOUR VOICE?

PS:: Lauren London gives birth to Lil waynes 7lb 12oz baby boy & baby mother Nivea who is also popping a child for this man is soon to deliver as well. So many baby mothers so many tatoos lil wayne...i wish you the best!
.....wait dont leave, I have one more story for you!
Did you hear abou the John Terry (The British Honorary Consul) who was murdered in Jamaica for being a "batty -man!!!!!" Police believe that Mr Terry who was indeed married but seperated from his wife may have been attacked by someone he knew. No signs of false entry where seen, but listen I am sure you are wandering if he was married what makes him a "batty-man?" Well, his killer was obviously homophobic because the individual left a note on his Mr Terry's body describing him of course as a batty-man (for you all who dont know what that is...it is patoi slang for 'homosexual'), the not left behind also said... "THIS WILL HAPPEN TO ALL GAYS"
...................wow!

here is the alleged batty-man -------------------------------------->

HE IS THE PRESIDENT..what else can you do?

whether folks like it or not...OBAMA IS THE PRESIDENT OF THE UNITED STATES OF AMERICA...so called land of the free and for the equal...ha!, Equality? I dont know, actually I do...there is no such thing, and I think that goes for every nation, but America, they just love rubbing in the fact, that half the constitution was written and intended for one side, but over time became forcefully "available" to the minorities. At a rally yesterday (09/12/09) in D.C, many of the ongoers were yelling "we are here to take back our country!" They claim their noise had nothing to do with president Obama or the democrats...but they were holding signs that looked like this...

BEAUTY to B.I.T.C.H

Ok...so I am in Harlem in the great state of New York hanging getting ready for the Caribbean day parade in brooklyn tomorrow, new york of course is lively as always, but seriously what is up with the males & their idiotic, disrespectful advances...when u walk by you are a "BLACK QUEEN" and when you show them no time of day by walking on & minding your own because you know what it is they most likely want you suddenly turn into a "BITCH" (excuse the language)...why is that? If a males ego is that hurt then why not keep his mouth closed, hold your heart and keep it moving...I feel they should be embarrased, applauding then disrespecting their women! Well this is nothing new...but I honestly would like to know... IF A WOMEN JUST DOESNT WANT TO BE STOPPED, APPROACHED, INTERRUPTED or LOOKED at what on earth makes her go from a beauty to a B.I.T.C.H?????, maybe she wasn't cute to begin with & you just wanted to see if u still had your mojo!?

I'M HUMAN TOO...

what happens when you loose hold of a situation, and feel like you can no longer piece back the situation. Do you leave the puzzle alone and walk away, or do you continue to rack your brain, only to find out, you still CANNOT piece it together!...This seems like that is the same story for most of us. We want to finish a puzzle or a game we are just not meant to finish, it is like the puzzle is put into your life to teach you how to work hard and learn how to be passionate. But then what happens when you become so passionate and there is no direction? Today I woke up free-spirited no stress anywhere around...but by this evening all of that changed, thoughts after thoughts circling my mind, emotion after emotion rising and plunging in my stomach, words after words glowing before me [confusion!]. I studied psychology but many a times yet to manage my own psych...is that a bad thing? You know, someone once said to me...if you become a psychologist or work in that field, you'll most likely become your own worst patient!...I am yet to receive my masters and I can already agree. I seem to solve everyone else's problems and show everyone else what it is they should be grateful for, however in my case, there is no one to do that for me. People always say to me, "if it wasn't for you Tasha...blah blah blah," but I cannot say that to myself...or can I?...smh, I'm human too!

REVERSE RACISM...I DON'T LIKE DARK SKIN CHIC'S....A CHEATING REPULICAN & more

We live in such an unmatrimonial and screwed up world. They say keep your "enemies" or "frenemies" closer than your friends...but geez, what is a person to do, when your enemies will only do you just as bad and on many cases worst than the back-stabbing your friend will do? Enemies come in all different sizes, shapes and colors...so what I am trying to say is, some of our worst enemies are the same skin tone, but those will be the ones who stab you behind your back...now enemies of the opposite race will do what they have to do to you in the open with 'pride!'...you would think they would try to hide their faces being that they will be easier to point out lol!

So an 18 year old Caucasian boy suffers a severe head injury in his home town after being beaten by a piece of concrete. The victim Brian Milligan was beaten by a group of 10-12 boys all no older than the age of 17.... and they all happened to be African-American. A hate crime?? That is how the investigation is looking? Brian was dating an African-American female, and a week before his attack, he was approached by a group that told him "not to mess our girls."
REVERSE RACISM?????? The victim has been reluctant to speak.

While on the topic of reverse racism...how about self racism, there are going to be a lot of dark-skin voices giving their opinion on an Oakland rapper named Mistah Fab. His exact quote was: "I don't fuck with dark chics." During an interview he was asked "what is your obsession with white girls?" and he answeredd "I used to be a slave...I said to all the white people, I'm gonna get all y'all back & fuck all y'all daughters..............black women are cool, but I need them for sales; it's just certain black women, really I don't like dark skin women!"

smh he needs to be put on blast for his mess talk!!!!!

...okay ladies and gentlemen we have black men attacking black women! WHAT ON EARTH ARE WE SUPPOSED TO SAY when cases such as the 76 yr old black fisherman of Baltimore was beaten brutally by 3 white supremacists. One of the attackers, Lockner admitted his hate for African-Americans after being arrested! More than too many African-Americans cannot even hold their own and yet scream when something like this happens. Please, do not get me wrong, there is absolutely no justification for such a hate crime, but man, if there were not so many black-on-black killings, self-hate for own own race and skin I wouldn't see the controversy...tell me what do you think?

....oooooh listen to this here, remember when I quoted 'keep your enemies closer than your friends'....well, it is true my dear readers. Republican senator Ensign from the state of Nevada was caught SLEEPING WITH HIS BEST FRIENDS WIFE! I am quite tempted to be biased and just yell out the word "MEEEEEENNNNN" but women do it too, though I am yet to hear of a women is such high position jeopardize her work?! Hmm...I have to laugh-out-loud! LWKMD...NDH

but the time for me to stop laughing out loud has made its way........ Ummm, Octo-mom, John & kate + 8 you may want to move to the side. Does it not seem like women today cannot fathom the difference between "desire for celebrity status" or "just being a mother." An unidentified women is giving birth to 12 babies......yes, I said it, 12 babies, the mother who has had a history of miscarraiges will be having 6 girls and 6 boys....I wonder how many God will give me (more to come on story.....)

you think that is crazy???????

now having 12 babies not as crazy as this 43 yr old woman. An unnamed woman randomly decides to set herself on fire and go for a walk in the mall of Americas. Once she was put out by 2 witnesses, she was left with only her underwear, the rest of her clothing had been burned to ashes and she was also covered in 3rd degree burns over 75% of her body...However instead of awaiting help, she decides to walk out of the mall into the parking lot. One witness claims she was walking around super-slow with both of her arms out to the side....weird, but hey it is the world we live in, I see a psychological issue in this story or maybe it was cold outside!
FIRE FIRE WE DONT NEED NO WATA

stay tuned dear readers...

WHY THE GENOCIDES??? and we allow it to happen!

So when we think of massive deaths, I'm sure like most, the first that comes to mind is the infamous ADOLF HITLER and his Nazi army! The Holocaust was a wild systematic way of murdering off a mass of people in such rapid speed. This genocide of the 20th cent. suffused German society and culture with anti-Semitism. Hitler was a a man with a deeply disturbed view of power. I honestly can say his Psych was not all there and I am sure the way he rationalized situations were morally irrelevant, although he had smart movements to do something so crazy he had a devastating direction! We all know that Hitler was open about his hate for Jews, and even before he was in power he had is plan set. He once privately quoted:
"Once I really am in power, my first and foremost task will be the annihilation of the Jews. As soon as I have the power to do so, I will have gallows built in rows – at the Marienplatz in Munich for example – as many as traffic allows. Then the Jews will be hanged indiscriminately, and they will remain hanging until they stink; they will hang there as long as the principles of hygiene permit. As soon as they have been untied, the next batch will be strung up, and so on down the line, until the last Jew in Munich has been exterminated. Other cities will follow suit, precisely in this fashion, until all Germany has been completely cleansed of Jews."

We learn about that tragedy in the schools? But we forget that these massive deaths continued into our present day in several other cultures: Here is a quick lesson dropped...

*POL POT (Cambodia) 1975-79; leader of the Cambodian communist movement known as Khmer rouge. During his time in power, Pol Pot imposed city dwellers to relocate to the countryside to work in collective farms and forced labor projects, toward a goal of "restarting civilization" in "yr 0". The combined effects of slave labor, malnutrition, poor medical care, and executions resulted in the deaths of an estimated 1.7 to 2.5 million people, approximately 21% of the Cambodian population.

**MENGHISTU (Ethiopia) 1975-78; December of 2004, Ethiopia became the worlds largest sovereignty to attempt genocide in a day as a way to solve its problems with a troublesome minority. The ongoing deaths of the "Anuak" people are being single out all because of the ethnic group. Since many of the Anuak men have fled, there have also been systematic rapes of Anuak women, an early warning sign of genocidal intent. Some of the rapists have reportedly declared, “Now you won’t have an Anuak child.” about 1,500,000 have lost their lives.

**JEAN KAMBADA (Rwanda) 1994; The mastermind behind the Rwanda genocide has been placed behind bars after 800,000 deaths! The fight behind the Tutsi and Hutu tribe, was not a small issue at all...Over 100 days of horror, the slaughter spread from Rwanda's capital, Kigali, to every corner of the verdant but tiny African country. Many victims were stopped at Interahamwe or army roadblocks and murdered on the spot after their Tutsi status was established from their identity card. if you have not watched the movie "Hotel Rwanda" please do so, it is a necessity
......more to come
but please remember that these things we allow to linger is an abomination surfacing at all chances given...I do not doubt another genocide to happen again in the future, but what will we do about it before it happens, because we humans cannot seem to fathom equality...killing off your own kind and those with their own culture!
The question is, why??

SEGREGATED PROM IN 2009?

A bunch of high-school seniors waited out the final weeks of school they begin rightfully to revel in the shared thrill of moving on. It is no different in south-central Georgia’s Montgomery County, made up of a few small towns set between fields of wire grass and sweet onion. The music is turned up. Homework languishes. The future looms large. But for the 54 students in the class of 2009 at Montgomery County High School, so, too, does the past. On May 1 — a balmy Friday evening — the white students held their senior prom. And the following night — a balmy Saturday — the black students had theirs.
Racially segregated proms have been held in Montgomery County — where about two-thirds of the population is white — almost every year since its schools were integrated in 1971. Such proms are, by many accounts, longstanding traditions in towns across the rural South.
actor Morgan Freeman offered to pay for last year’s first-of-its-kind integrated prom at Charleston High School in Mississippi, his home state, the idea was quickly embraced by students — and rejected by a group of white parents, who held a competing “private” prom.
All students are welcome at the black prom, though generally few if any white students show up. The white prom, students say, remains governed by a largely unspoken set of rules about who may come. Black members of the student council say they have asked school administrators about holding a single school-sponsored prom, but that, along with efforts to collaborate with white prom planners, has failed. According to Timothy Wiggs, the outgoing student council president and one of 21 black students graduating this year, “We just never get anywhere with it.”
Students of both races say that interracial friendships are common at Montgomery County High School. Black and white students also date one another, though often out of sight of judgmental parents. “Most of the students do want to have a prom together,” says Terra Fountain, a white 18-year-old who graduated from Montgomery County High School last year and is now living with her black boyfriend. “But it’s the white parents who say no. … They’re like, if you’re going with the black people, I’m not going to pay for it.”
The night of the "white prom" a few of the black teenagers gathered in KFC, "I feel bad for them! Their prom is lame!”. They puzzled merrily over white girls’ devotion both to tanning beds “You don’t like black people, but you’re working your hardest to get as brown as I am!” and also to the very boys who were excluded from the dance “Half of those girls, when they get home, they’re gonna text a black boy!” NY TIMES MAY 21ST 2009

*my thing is...these kids are old enough to smoke, drive, have intercourse with whomever they please, why not step up to the plate and help do something about it, raise voices seeing that the black voices are not enough....but it's something that has been going on for 30 yrs since the intergration in the 70's....obviously these white kids in Georgia do not care enough or just really do not want a mixed prom??
It's a crazy situation, but we are in a country that enslaved a culture of people for over 400yrs, so how surprised can we be!
WHAT IS UR VOICE?

DATING vs.COURTING

Before I begin, let me start by saying, everything said here is my own given opinion, which we all have a right to!

Relationships of now a days are honestly all twisted up, and yes I am a victim and imposer of it...why because I am human like the rest of you, and society is human like I...we live and we learn....but sometimes we dont!!

I define *courting (courtship) as successful practice of learning who the "other" person truly is, their faults, loves, dislikes etc. and taking proper time to find out if the two of you are compatible in a relationship like situation, aiming for solid friendship that would hold up through possible marraige. During courtship the two people are more on a spiritual level with each other and lack obsessive lust...intimacy is avoided and does not come into play until both say to themselves..."I can be committed to him/her."

*Dating is less complex and much easier to do, because it involves our many senses and fulfilling them, at times passionately other times without mere thought. Dating is a modern day game, back and forth, push and pull, no and maybes, holding hands and kissing, having sex with each other and fantasizing about others. Dating does not take as much work and time as courting. It is a outwordly approach to a relationship. One may ask themselves "am i happy with my sex life?" "why would I ever be stuck on one girl...she is so much hotter" or "he makes more money; of course he can take care of me". I agree, he probably can take care of your wants...but not always your needs.

Dating is going to a restaurant, and making sure you presented yourself well that night and that she was not turned off by anything. Dating is first putting up a front [see my post below on ppl not being their real selves in begining of relationship] in hopes that they will want to see you again, become close enough for the other person to one day (some cases 5 days later) to get that good good)....and then from there see where it goes.

Courting is of course vice-versa. It is feeling the individual out slowly while going about your lifes duties, learning about them, enjoying their presence, communicate, decide to commit then work on pleasing each other for that good good!!!! :)

Too many people like to lump the both into one.....not in my book. Today 2009, most females may feel like a man is courting her, and if they would sit down and truly think about it, they'd be in for a rude awakening.

As they say, actions speak louder than words...it's easy to say "Love" but much harder to prove it. PAY ATTENTION men and women...dating is not the best move to make, and if you're one of those individuals who cannot do without being alone, it will be a tough situation and probably the one whom is most confused at this point!

what is your voice on this topic?
do you see a difference or are they the same thing?
courting or dating...which is beter?

speak truuth...

RELATIONSHIPS 2 *"JUST ASK"

cannot sleep...so why not do what I do best...relay my thoughts about this sinful world!

1) we must NEVER forget who we are and our personal goals
2)why do we as humans complain about things we know will never change
3)who ever said one couldnt be a rock star & a nubian queen all at the same time
4)am I the only one who knew reggie bush & kim k would not last????

...It will always be hard for men to decipher women and for women to decipher men...the saying "women are from venus, men are from mars" hits home every time. Someone asked me how do you know if a girl likes you? Well for one, there will be an excess of the regular. For example...hugs will get tighter, stares will draw out longer, voice will become high pitched, too many things will suddenly be "funny" and she will actually be concerned about how your day went. However some girls will do most of this and are just being really friendly. My personal advice, that of course something I'd have to act out myself is to ask. I've always known & said that keeping things real and speaking truuth is the best policy (even though humans slip up) but I do have a close friend who helped me realize that even when the truuth burns it should never be sugar-coated!!!

so the next time you "think" someone likes you or fancy's your swagg....JUST ASK!
................................................DO YOU LIKE ME?.....DO YOU HAVE ANY FEELINGS FOR ME?.........and if they answer otherwise to what you expected, distance yourself, the truuth will eventually be revealed!
whats your voice?

Ms AMBER ROSE

I would be lieing if i said I did not dig the swagg of this woman...She is holding her own indeed...and Ithink Kanye is jacking some of her looks....

FOXX's SECRET CHILD!

mYYY mYYY....Jamie Foxx has a surprise baby by an Armenian woman! Baby is under a year old and well....hes not with the woman, another famous child out of wedlock...THESE ARTIST SHOULD GET THEIR SEXUAL MORALS TOGETHER...i mean, what do you al think???

CHARLIE BALTIMORE *Ms 90's rapper...

CHARLIE BALTIMORE.........

So I've always been fond of telling folks that if an artist does not last in the industry does not mean they are NOT talented, then again some really are just not meant to be stars for long!

I'm nothing of a serious Rap fan, but Charlie Baltimore was my girl, i liked her red-bone, red headed swagg, but its been some time since we've heard from her.....WHAT IS SHE UP TO????

well this is what she was doing in the 90's (above is the Fresh Baltimore I knew)

This is the Charlie of 2009....I guess times are rough!...................SHES WASHING CARS!!!!

POEM PIECE #2

WHERE IS THE REVOLUTION?

I was born into a world

A world with NO REVOLUTION

Where revolution had lost its play

and everyone

...I mean everyone has gone astray

Roaming the earth 365 days 365 nights

searching for gun fights under street lights

because young boy stepped into his rivals heroin territory

...UNINVITED!

We've let go of the revolutions

Battles between black & whites

Over the fact that

Blacks hate the white mentality

More whites acting black

& blacks not getting their portion of the white mans goods

WHERE IS THE REVOLUTION?

Where is the Gyration?

The fight for the boot

the battle for the youth

the struggle for the TRUTH?

where is the revolutionary black campaign that bonds us together forever?

a sweet treat

to make our folks complete

to the greatest self valuable conceit

that can never be buffed

even down in the racist southern heat

Let's repleat our jobs

open up shop

But in a real store...with 4 walls....or maybe 5 if possible

just as long as its not the streets

Open up shop

EDUCATE

MOTIVATE

teach black on black love

black on black respect

for then....NOW...

Seriously, what are we waiting for?

WHERE IS THE REVOLUTION

I & I: Poetically-Inclined

8.11.2009

ok, so it is 2:27 in the morning, and my thoughts have been running rampant for some time...left and right in and out! My goal in this life is to be Irie, to be happy, to be content, and that honestly does not take much at all. My zodiac tells me, my life pursuit is "to be consistent." I absolutely agree, when things switch up on my im overcome with sudden agitation and it turns into not really knowing what to do next. I do not crave confrontation within myself, but of course as life unfolds, its lessons, false starts, experiences, drama, dillusion and more will only shape me. So like I began, it is now 2:32 and my thoughts are all over the place.
I have currently switched off the world until latter morning time, no disturbances, just my thoughts and I.
Compassion, romance, respect, forgiveness, understanding, patience, faith, consideration, impact, intellect, individuality are the things I cannot do without from another person, friend or foe, you need to have most of those characteristics. I though am working on building my faith as I type.
What you give in is what you get...so darn true! lol...............who digs what I am saying here! WHAT YOU GIVE IN IS WHAT YOU GET, im sure you have heard that before. I learned of myself, that I hold back in fear of giving all to a soul who just might decide devour my assets instead of having faith like I too requested. My love, my compasion, blah blah blah...
Ok so now im thinking "specific." If we were given a blank check, we would all be SPECIFIC about the number we would fill in, am I right?! Hey why not, we all need money. But how is it we cannot do the same with lifes natural issues? People of the world, happiness does not come easy, and we dont make it any easier if we cannot be specific about the things we want and need from this life. If you walk into someones home and they offer you refreshments and you answer "I'll have anything," so they bring you prune juice (nasty concoction). Then you are sitting there like 'man, i hate prune juice!!!!'....but you said "anything" right, and that is what you got. Now if you specifically asked for orange juice and they had some, orange juice is what you would get. Specific!
Apply that to your day to day. If you need a man with a job, ask yourself for it, and you will get one (who knows how long it may take, but you will find him). If you need better communicatio with a friend...listen, be specific and say "I need better communication" nothing more to it!
Today was HOT weather, a blessing indeed....I was specific and I asked God for real summer weather, above 80 degrees....and that is what I got!

~ill be back...bless~
