CHARLIE BALTIMORE.........
So I've always been fond of telling folks that if an artist does not last in the industry does not mean they are NOT talented, then again some really are just not meant to be stars for long!
I'm nothing of a serious Rap fan, but Charlie Baltimore was my girl, i liked her red-bone, red headed swagg, but its been some time since we've heard from her.....WHAT IS SHE UP TO????
